Add or remove resilience-testing instrumentation for the service.
Description
Discovers the service’s endpoints at runtime and writes a configuration file for the daemon-hosted reliability dashboard, adding (or removing) resilience-testing instrumentation. Use it to exercise the service under fault conditions and observe how it recovers.
