Certified Java versions

Java 25

Temurin 25 builds of OpenJDK 25 are certified for use with Akka libraries.

Temurin 21 builds of OpenJDK 21 are certified for use with Akka libraries.

Temurin 17 builds of OpenJDK 17 are certified for use with Akka libraries.

Temurin 11 builds of OpenJDK 11 are certified for use with Akka libraries.

Since Akka 23.10 releases, we do not provide Java 8 compatible builds of Akka anymore.

Use of the Java Platform Module System (JPMS) is Not Certified at this time.
